    Have you ever wondered how fruits and vegetables get their colors? Red, orange, and yellow fruits and vegetables get their colors from carotenoids.Carotenoids help support eye health, strengthen the immune system, and protect against heart disease.

    Green fruits and vegetables get their color from a pigment called chlorophyll.This pigment helps plants make energy from the sun. Many green fruits and vegetables that contain chlorophyll keep your bones and teeth strong.
