Shipping Policy

Know Yourself encourages customers to read our shipping policy before placing an order.

*Due to ongoing supply chain issues, we regret to inform our customers that we are experiencing an increase in shipping charges. These issues are beyond our control and are affecting the entire industry. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and frustration, but we want to assure our customers that we are doing our best to minimize the impact of these challenges. We thank you for your continued support and understanding during this difficult time.

We now offer free shipping to all U.S. customers on orders over $200.

Wholesale Orders:

For wholesale orders, processing times may vary due to the additional requirements for handling larger quantities. For more information, please get in touch with us at wholesale@knowyourself.com.

*Please note that Wholesale Orders are excluded from the Free Shipping over $200 promotion.

Shipping & Delivery time:

Once you have placed an order please allow 1-3 business days for processing once the item has shipped from the suppliers warehouse we will provide you with a tracking number for each item then allow 3-5 business days for tracking to upload.

All other items will be sent out from our US office and will be shipped as following:

Processing time: Approximately 1-3 Days

Delivery Time: 3-5 Days

Express Shipping:

Know Yourself does not offer overnight shipping, please email shop@knowyourself.com if you need expedited shipping and sometimes we can accommodate.  

International Buyers:

We currently only ship to the U.S. but please feel free to email shop@knowyourself.com and sometimes we can accommodate.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

There may be extra charges associated for orders being shipped to a PO Box.  We will reach out to you if your order requires extra shipping charges.
