    Inside Our Bones: Coloring Activity  

    This month, we are going to learn about a living tissue inside our body BONES! You have approximately 206 bones in your body. Bones provide structure, protection, storage, movement and support.

    Since bones are living, it’s important to keep them healthy! We can do this by eating foods rich in calcium and vitamin D and doing weight-bearing exercises such as running, yoga, hiking, and dancing.
