    Understanding Our Emotions Resource  

    Sometimes we feel really big feelings like anger, sadness, or excitement. Other times, we know something’s going on inside, but we just can’t figure out what it is. During the month of May, let’s take time to notice our feelings and learn how to name them. When we understand our emotions, we can find ways to feel calm and centered again.

    It’s not always easy, but that’s okay. You’re learning, and we believe in you!
